How I Handle Your Data
Working with investment professionals means handling data that is genuinely sensitive. LP lists, fund performance, investor contact records, internal financials. That information belongs to you, and protecting it is not an afterthought.

Your files are stored in a dedicated, password-protected folder in my company's Google Drive, accessed only from my Allison Devlin Studio computer.

Access to the data and my computer is mine alone. No third parties, no collaborators, no exceptions.

Your data is never used to train AI tools or passed through third-party software without your explicit knowledge.

When the project is complete, your files are moved to Trash and permanently purged within 30 days, consistent with Google Drive's deletion cycle.

You will receive a written confirmation from me when deletion is complete.
How Files Are Shared With Me
Each client has their own dedicated folder in my company’s dedicated Google Drive. I share it directly with you via your email address, giving you upload access to your folder only. No one else will ever have access to your folder or the files inside it. Once the project is complete, that folder is deleted along with everything in it.
